Thanks to goodreads I won an advanced copy of North by Northwestern. I enjoy watching 'Deadliest Catch' and was interested in getting a more indept history of a multi-generational family whose history has been spent on the sea. Captain Sig Hansen tells the history of his family, their journey, and the history of his heritage. This is a story of hardships, strength, and the power of an immigrant family achieving the American Dream. I enjoyed the read and recommend the book to others who like to read about true life journeys and how ancestors can shape their descendants life.
