I have heard about this this book on several news programs and finally picked it up. I read this book because I am interested in lower my chances of heart disease. This was a really good informative book with a ton of recipes that sound really good. I plan on making a few. I will admit that going vegan is something that will be really hard for me to do. I am going to try being vegan a couple of days a week. I love vegs and fruit so that's not the problem. The problem is giving up meat, dairy, and the rest.
